Tere should be training ses- sions for transportation personnel and building-level administrators.” Hibbert said a good crisis plan will include a role for an administrator to respond to the scene of any incident with personal injuries, in addition to the transportation director and other staff who will help the bus driver. “Discuss what the plan is if they have a
