Writing a book isn’t necessarily a strategy for an early challenge but it can be very helpful later on in the process as you are healing or moving forward in your life. It can be a powerful way to reclaim your power if the crisis first made you feel powerless.
Write a Book:
What do all these strategies have in common? Communication. Whether communicating more deeply with yourself, your inner or divine guidance, fellow sufferers or a large community, writing is all about communication.
