Woman Energy™ is very different than her counterparts—two other feminine ener- gies all women inhabit at various times in our lives: Mother Energy™ and Daughter Energy™. (Just reading the names of these two alternate archetypes quickly conjures up images, doesn’t it?)


Mother Energy™ represents the consum- mate giver, doer, fixer, rescuer, savior— the wind beneath everyone’s wings (except her own), whereas Daughter Energy™ is the opposite. Afraid her needs will never be met; Daughter En- ergy™ deploys a variety of ways to oper- ate in the world from being excessively sweet to excessively sexy to excessively aggressive. She can be coy, dramatic, helpless, and/or pleasing, depending on her personality.


As women, we carry all three energies at times in our lives but depending on your experiences, learned beliefs, upbringing, culture, religion, family, friends, and inner dialogue, you’ve unconsciously chosen the one you think will best serve you. I call this your Dominant Energy.


Our Dominant Energy shapes our destiny—affecting everything from our body, weight, and health, including ad- dictions, ailments, illnesses, syndromes, and dysfunctions, to our style of parent- ing, wealth, career choices, leadership skills, friendships, relationships, and love life, including the type of guy you’ll end up with: Man Energy™, Son Energy™, or Father Energy™.


I know in my life when I inhabit Woman Energy™, I am able to set clear boundar- ies, achieve my dreams, take care of myself, and know who I really am.


Inevitably, our goal is to step fully into our Woman Energy™ at all times, in all situations, with all people—even our par- ents, priest, and doctor! It’s here we’re most powerful, beautiful, loving, intui- tive, clear, surrendered, and confident. It’s where miracles and synchronicities


become commonplace, our bodies and health fall back into perfect alignment, people begin treating us better (be- cause we are), our net worth grows (in accordance with our self worth), and we feel trusting, hopeful, and excited about our future again.


Once you embrace your Woman Energy™ you’ll never be able to consciously give your power away again without recogniz- ing it. You’ll realize when and why you’re sabotaging. You’ll instantly feel when you’re around other women (and men) who are not standing in their power but are instead using shame, guilt, blame, sorrow, regret, fear, control, jealousy, competitiveness, anger, denial, and/ or self-righteousness to get their way. (You’ll also learn that it’s not your job to “fix” them.)


You’ll find yourself awakening to the truth; an awareness you already know— buried perhaps . . . dormant energy . . . waiting to be harvested. An “aha” mo- ment, as Oprah calls it, will occur. You’ll see exactly why you keep doing what you’re doing, getting what you’re getting.


What I’m teaching isn’t difficult to learn. It’s an innate knowledge we all naturally possess yet most of us have forgotten. Instead, we naively believe our power is something we find outside ourselves—in a man, career, body type, dress size, church pew, or bank account balance. It’s not. Although all these things might come easily once you inhabit Woman Energy™


It’s important to know those who exude Woman Energy™ aren’t any nicer, smarter, kinder, more talented, beautiful, special, or even more spiritual than women operating in Daughter or Mother Energy™. (And judging or shaming ourselves for not being “the greatest expressions of ourselves” will not evoke this power.) These women have simply discovered and accessed a deliberate, unstoppable

Yes! This is universal feminine energy in its finest form. And it is available to any woman courageous and willing enough to break through her own limitations. It takes honesty, accountability, and self- reflection. But not much more!


Once you see yourself clearly (and this takes courage to remove the wall of denial that keeps us stuck), you’ll be ready to move naturally and willingly into Woman Energy™.
