Parent & Me Tutus, Tappers & Tumblers This class is designed for little ones wanting to learn how to dance and tumble. It will keep students moving and having fun. Dancers will learn shuffles, flaps, ballet positions, across the floor dances and floor tumbling. Leotard and tights (any color) are needed. Tap and ballet shoes may be borrowed from the studio upon availability. Parents please dress comfortably. Class will not be held 6/30 & 7/5. Instructor: Marie’s Dance Studio Staff.

Classical Princess Ballet Come stretch your imagination as well as your toes! Dancers will learn positions 1-5, plies, tondus, passes and piques. Dancers will also have fun with floor tumbling while learning summersaults, mermaids, crab walks, cartwheels and more. Leotard and tights (any color) are needed. Class will not be held 6/30 & 7/5. Breakdancing Train in the beginning elements of breakdancing which includes the toprock, downrock, freezes, and power moves. Students must wear nonrestrictive clothing and tennis shoes. CFDA parents will be allowed to observe class the first week of each month. Participants in this course are invited to participate in an optional performance at the end of the session - Rock the Beat 4. Costumes can be purchased from the instructor when the class begins. Tap Dance Tap training enhances rhythmic dynamics, speed, and agility.
