Teen/Adult Ballet Increase your flexibility and balance with the study of proper body placement and beginning ballet movement. Achieve the grace and poise you have always wanted with this beginning/intermediate ballet class. Wear comfortable clothing; leotard and tights are optional. Teen/Adult Hip-Hop Hip-Hop is a blend of today’s high-energy ‘street style’ movement. This class will challenge your fitness and creativity levels as you move and groove to the latest dance music. Combine original choreography with actual moves from today’s most popular dance videos. You will be invited to participate in an optional performance at the end of the session - Rock the Beat 4 (additional fees required).
