ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS


Signing up for your favorite recreation activities is now easier and more convenient when you use Anaheim’s EZ RecConnect system. Register online at your convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


STEP 1 - Create Participant ID & Family PIN To register online you must log-in using your Login ID and Family PIN numbers.


If you have already registered for a City of Anaheim Recreation class you should have a family account in our system. If you do not know your log-in numbers, they can be emailed to you. Visit www.anaheim.net/ezrecconnect. Once you have arrived at the EZ RecConnect Start page, click on the My Account tab (see illustration 1) and click Forgot my Password.

If you have never taken classes from the City of Anaheim’s Community Services Department, we need to set up your family account before you can register online.


There are two ways a family account can be created:


1. If you would like to set up an account for your family online, visit www.anaheim. net/ezrecconnect. Once you have arrived at the EZ RecConnect Start page, click on the My Account tab. Now find the Create New Account tab near the bottom of the page. Click and submit family information. Your account is automatically activated and you can register for classes right away. Your Login ID and Family PIN numbers will be emailed to the address you provide, to be used for future registrations.


2. To receive login information over the phone, please contact the Community Services department at (714) 765-5191 (M-F, 8 am-5 pm) and request to have your account set up and Login ID and Family PIN numbers provided to you.

STEP 2 - Register 1. Have your Login ID and Family PIN numbers ready. 2. Go to www.anaheim.net/ezrecconnect. 3. Click on the CLASSES tab (see illustration 2).


4. Type in the Course Number you want to register for, or browse for a course using categories on the left hand side of the page. 5. When you have found the correct course, click ADD. 6. Enter Login ID and Family PIN (see illustration 3).

7. Select the name of the family member you wish to register from the SELECT A CLIENT drop box and GO TO CHECKOUT. If the client you wish to select is not available on your families account, please contact our office at (714) 765-5191 to have family member added to the account.


STEP 3 - Checkout


Enter VISA, MasterCard, or Discover # and expiration date, and click COMPLETE TRANSACTION. Agree to Waiver and Refund Policy. Print a copy of the receipt for your records.
