of the Landmark Group, a leading retail and hospitality conglomerate in the Middle East and India, with clubs in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Fitness First is a global brand that originated in the UK in 1993. It has since grown into a network of over 430 clubs.

Gold’s Texan acquisition Gold’s Gym International has acquired all 11 Spectrum Athletic Clubs in San Antonio, Texas. Spectrum will continue to operate
its 12 clubs in southern California. Spectrum is owned by private
equity fi rm Brentwood Associates, Los Angeles. Gold’s is owned and operated by TRT Holdings, Irving, Texas.
