The team provide cost effective and efficient solutions for the duration of an assets lifecycle; from design, manufacture, installation, inspection and eventual decommissioning.

COMPANY INTENT

The company’s mission; ‘to offer high quality, cost effective services emphasising safety and operational efficiency.’

AidenWest is the Managing Director of the company and one area of particular importance to him and Osiris is their staff, the business is proud of their multi skilled workforce who are cross trained to provide more than just subsea engineering services.

“Our subsea engineers are much more than divers, they undergo rigorous training with the majority of them being ex marine means they are very disciplined and focused. They are multiskilled in that they are just as capable of working subsea, rigging or on deck.” Aiden commented.

FUTURE PLANS

Aiden also explained that he has some big plans for the firm, along with developing his workforce skills he sees the company expanding more over the next 5-10 years, mainly in the subsea sector.

And added “In order to remain competitive, when we first started out, we had to diversify from civil engineering into the offshore wind farm sector. Now our industry is developing and advancing so much we are looking to diversify again and branching out into other markets, such as ROV’s and surveying.”

A CLEAR VISION

Osiris Marine Services has a clear vision for the future; the business aims to use the experience and knowledge gained from their time spent with UK windfarms to expand their offshore division further into Europe.

They have also kept their eye on the inshore civil engineering sector, and plan to use their expanding resources and relationships to increase their hold in this market.

Diversifying services and products will open up new markets to the firm and they recently announced that they have invested in new premises.

Aiden further explained “Our equipment stock grew massively, as did our organisation and we needed to have premises that reflected our vision for growth in the future. We look after the changing needs of our clients and staff, now we can plan, run and deliver massive projects from our operations room in the new headquarters.”
