Inspired Furniture set to Evolve. Bespoke Furniture NOW with Bespoke CAD H
andcrafted British kitchen manufacturer Inspired furniture are radically changing
their drawing and production processes they are currently working alongside i-Konn the UK distributor for 3CAD Evolution software. This revolutionary software will enable Inspired’s
growing number of retailers to draw their kitchens from a catalogue built solely around Inspired’s range of furniture, it will then fully integrate with the production of the kitchen in the Northern Ireland factory. “We are very excited about this latest step in our
business”, say’s director Jonathan Orr “up until now our clients have been using generic drawing packages to produce drawings for their clients, these then have to be translated for our production”. Now we can supply a bespoke cad Drawing system to our retailers meaning we are all on the same page”. The new software will enable the user to pick
from Inspired’s range of doors, and frames, then choose from the catalogue the units they require, they can then manipulate the unit’s sizes to the millimetre, even opening them to look inside and add more shelves or an internal drawer. The drawing will then be rendered giving top notch visualisation of the kitchen for the end client. “This will be an excellent selling tool for our
clients” says Jonathan, “but what I also love about this is the powerful production tool we are creating, and we can optimise our processes without compromising on our Bespoke nature”.
Inspired have also just purchased a new nesting
router that will work seamlessly with the software and enable them to produce parts for their furniture even more efficiently, the shop Version of the 3|Cad Software will be up and running by the end of the year. Inspired Furniture manufacture solely to the trade
and deliver ready to fit top quality Kitchens throughout the UK, they specialise in Inframe
