Salice Stabila: Synchronising movement

Another innovative product emerges from Salice in the form of Stabila which stabilises and synchronises the movement of wider drawers, particularly those over 900mm in width. Acting as mediator between

drawer, runners and furniture, Stabila improves steadiness and confers synchronisation to every element involved in the opening of the drawer, allowing a fluid and uniform movement. Fixed on the back of drawers, the assembly is easy and quick merely comprising of a connecting bar, gearboxes fitted the back of the draw and

racks fixed to the sides of the furniture. The synchronisation of the runners

also assists with the opening and closing action of wider handle-less drawers. Stabila has been designed by

Salice to be compatible both with Lineabox drawers and wooden drawers with full or part-extension runners. For further information on the

product range please contact SALICE.

Hettich launches two sliding door systems in the UK

As manufacturers pay more attention to the internal look of their cabinets through lighting and decors, and end users become more inclined to display their glassware for example, then a sliding door which conceals part of the cabinet while leaving the rest as display shelving is an attractive choice. Hettich has launched the one-track SideLine M with this scenario in mind. SlideLine M can be used for wooden, aluminium-framed and glass doors. The other addition to Hettich’s

comprehensive sliding range is the Interzum Award-winning InLine S, which has just been launched in the UK, and offers flush closing of adjacent sliding doors. This gives a clean, minimalist look, keeping everything out of site until it’s needed,

and easy access to internal drawers, shelving and other storage solutions. Soft close is offered on all Hettich’s

sliding door systems. The new sliding systems can be

seen at Hettich’s remodelled showroom in Salford.
