Uform Welcomes New Sales Representative in East Midlands & South Yorkshire


Market leading kitchen door & component supplier Uform is pleased to announce a recent new appointment in their UK sales team. Mark Tomlinson joints the company with responsibility for the East Midlands and South Yorkshire area and will be key in helping to further penetrate the UK market in line with the company’s planned growth strategy. With a degree in Business & Management, Mark has 8 years’ experience of the hospitality industry and 5 years’ sales experience including a position with ARCO, one of the UK’s largest safety equipment suppliers. Uform is adding to their painted pallet offering


with seven new colours available from mid- September. In addition, a new dust grey colour will be made available for their popular Strada and Zola gloss ranges in October and new made to order doors and accessories are now available within their Essentials Collection for Madison, Jefferson and Wakefield.


IDS expands its senior team with a new Regional Sales Manager North


Surface materials distributor IDS has appointed Jamie Ibbetson to the new position of Regional Sales Manager North. He strengthens the Panel Products division of the business and will be responsible for three Business Development Managers, driving the panel sales strategy for the north, managing the sales team & developing new business for MFC, MF MDF and panel products for his region. Jamie joins IDS with a wealth of


experience in this sector having previously worked for Howden Joinery, Lawcris, Meyer Timber and most recently, James Latham, in key account and sales management roles. Says David Huggins, Business

Hotpoint partners with Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch


Channel 4 has announced a brand new partnership between Hotpoint and popular weekly magazine show Sunday Brunch. The exciting


partnership includes programme sponsorship; using idents to showcase the brand’s new built-in cooking collection, as well as product placement and a licence that allows Hotpoint to use the Sunday Brunch logo on its digital platforms. The sponsorship idents, created by J Walter Thompson, reflect Hotpoint’s latest TV ad campaign, which


showcases warmth and tradition in a modern kitchen setting. Hotpoint’s sponsorship launches on Sunday 11th September and is a first for Hotpoint to include a


product placement and licence deal. The product placement will showcase Hotpoint’s kitchen appliances during the programme’s cooking segments, with the famed Sunday Brunch kitchen revamped with an extensive range of the brand’s large Hotpoint kitchen appliances, including its new built-in cooking collection. Hotpoint previously sponsored a range of cookery programmes on UKTV in a deal also brokered by


Channel 4 Sales.
