different country each day, so a cruise is the perfect way to explore as much of the Caribbean as possible. Mystery shopper wasn’t too
fussed about the cabin type or the itinerary, but thought the facilities were more important. Make sure you do your research so you can tell your client what there is to do on board, which is important for those who haven’t cruised before and aren’t sure what to expect. By offering your clients extras such as hotel stays, car parking and excursions, you could set your agency apart from
