Premier Inn becomes bookable on Travelport systems Lee Hayhurst


The UK’s largest budget hotel chain, Premier Inn, is to distribute to the trade via Travelport’s GDSs. The chain’s 670 properties will


be available to book by agents worldwide through the Galileo and Worldspan systems. Premier Inn has 55,000 rooms


across the UK and Ireland. Jackie Usher, Premier Inn’s head of sales, said: “We are pleased to announce that our agreement will see Premier Inn available to Travelport-connected agents worldwide.” Niklas Andreen, the technology company’s hospitality and partner


marketing group vice-president, said: “Premier Inn is the largest hotel chain in the UK, and one that we are delighted to be bringing to our travel agency customers worldwide. We know
