THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO STUDENT ACCOMMODATION SHORTFALL

The Student Village Company (SVC) is a leading provider of innovative, overspill sleeping accommodation to residential universities and colleges

T

he Student Village concept evolved as a direct response to requests from academic institutions.

In 2011, the SVC developed a budget accommodation solution for both the short term (e.g. fi re or disaster recovery) and long-term requirements of expanding colleges. Many colleges have used them to facilitate their expansion without the need for substantial capital outlay. After a few years of R&D and positive feedback from students, the SVC developed the Study Sleeper, Canteen, Launderet e and the Chill Out Communal Area – components that form the student village. A brilliantly simple, modular solution
