being adjusted onto the workpiece prior to fastener installation. The process is set in motion when the operator unlocks the ram-jam nut and then begins to adjust the ram clockwise. The OSI then changes colour (from black to orange) at the exact point when the safety is successfully engaged, eliminating the potential for operator error. The press achieves adjustable insertion force from 1.8kN to 53.4kN / 400lbs to 6 tonnes and features 45.7cm / 18 inch throat depth providing clearance for a wide variety of chassis configurations.

Camlock Systems provides miniature cam lock
imageHOLDERS designs and manufactures tablet holders that enable businesses to deploy tablet computers in public spaces such as airports, hospitals, restaurants or shops. A miniature cam lock, manufactured by Camlock Systems, secures the case with the tablet PC inside.
mageHOLDERS has designed a patented case that is unique in holding any iOS, Android or Windows tablet. Customers can choose between the off the shelf ranges including wall mounted, counter top / floor standing enclosures or a customised solution. In addition, enclosures with imageHOLDERS’ gooseneck design have the ability to tilt and rotate 180°. Each enclosure has a VESA mount, complying with the Flat Display Mounting Interface (FDMI) Standard. imageHOLDERS chose a lock manufactured by Camlock
Systems to secure the tablet in its case and protect it from unauthorised access. Camlock’s Series 21 is a micro size 5-disc tumbler cam
lock, which offers good security in a small package. Its ultra small proportions – including a body length of only 8mm – make the lock the ideal solution when limited space is available. The polished chrome finish ensures that the solid lock looks good on any application. Adrian Thompson, CEO at imageHOLDERS, says:
“Ever since we developed our tablet enclosure range we have used the locks from Camlock Systems. Camlock has proven to be a reliable supplier to us and we appreciate their excellent customer service.”
he newly engineered Optical Sensor Indicator (OSI) has been integrated as standard into the built-in point of operation safety of the press to signal when the safety is properly set for each job. The OSI activates during set-up mode when the press ram/punch is
