Retail has evolved hugely over the last few years, with technological advancements, consumers shopping habits have changed and therefore retailers have had to alter their stores, websites and marketing campaigns accordingly to keep consumers engaged and interested in their brands and products. We are now on the cusp of another huge change, with time poor consumers hating to waste any of their precious minutes queuing at the tills, retailers have to look to more technological advancements to bring their payment systems up to date.


In a recent study on shopping behaviours, it was found that shoppers do not like to wait in queues, with three out of four shoppers saying this is what they hate most about shopping. Honeywell offers retailers two new tools to

The Captuvo SL42 and SL22 are encasements for the Apple iPhone 5 and fifth generation iPodTouch ® mobile digital devices, respectively, turning the consumer devices into selling tools that allow retail workers to look up inventory, scan barcodes and securely process payment, bringing the check out to the shopper so no one has to wait in line.
