“America’s Election Headquarters: The 2010 Midterms” at 9 and returns for an hour at midnight. NBC: Brian Williams anchors “Decision 2010” at 9, joined by David Gregory and Tom Brokaw, and then continues at 11:35 after the local news for another four hours.
