The HLM-920WP (9”) and HLM-1510R (15”) are LCD monitors designed to save space and consume low amounts of power. This makes them ideal for OB vans and outside broadcasting. Features include an on-panel protective overlay, HD-SDI, tally, as well as both VESA and rack mounting compatibility. They also offer built-in 3 remote types, 10 color-temperature memory presets, waveform monitoring, marker, and a test signal generator. For audio they have full XLR analog audio input capability and built-in speaker for easy sound monitoring. Additionally the HLM-920WP is equipped with an Anton Bauer Gold battery mount and has the ability to convert to a V-mount system, making it ideal for field work. Otherwise the same, the HLM-1750W (17-inch) and HLM-2450W (24-inch) are designed specifically for professional editing workstations and broadcast studios.

The 17-inch DT-V17G1Z and 24-inch DT-V24G1Z set the standard for picture quality. They are 3G/Dual-Link ready for monitoring of 60 frames/3GB per second uncom- pressed 1080p digital video input signals. They feature 10-Bit 4:4:4 video processing for superior image grada- tion and have built-in high quality vectorscope and ultra high resolution waveform monitor with adjustable over- level indicator function. There is a 12-channel embedded audio metering display with peak hold viewable above or below active picture area. They also offer computer auto- mated calibration capability of black and white levels, color temperature and gamma for mission-critical monitor matching.

Widescreen HD/SD LCD Video Monitors
The versatile AC/DC powered BT-LH1710 provides production- tough, HD broadcast-quality performance for a wide range of appli- cations—in the studio or in the field. 10-bit image processing engine has a 3D look-up table (LUT) that calibrates it to reproduce accurate images according to the specific color standard selected. It features built-in waveform monitor and vectorscope, embedded audio support, pixel-to-pixel display, cross hatch overlay, audio level meters, time code and closed caption displays. Equipped with two HD-SDI/SDI auto-switching inputs with a switched output, and a DVI-D input for connection to digital devices with a DVI-D output. Otherwise the same, the BT-LH1760 has a 120Hz double-speed drive, twice that of the BT-LH1710 to handle fast motion content exceptionally well and reduce image blur to a level never before seen in a professional LCD display. With full 1920 x 1200 HD resolution, the 25.5" BT-LH2550 LCD production monitor delivers stunning picture quality and greatly expands the range of colors you can view on screen. Designed for applica- tions that require the highest resolution and color performance, it surpasses the ITU-R BT.709 standard (130%), enabling it to display a greater range of colors than conventional LCD and CRT displays.

Ideal for HDV monitoring, the LMD-1530W incorporates a 15:9 aspect ratio and WXGA (1280 x 768) LCD panel. It offers HD input via HDMI and analog component interface. It also offers a full range of analog SD inputs including composite (NTSC/PAL), S-Video and component and RGB. SD-SDI input can be achieved with the optional BKM-320D adapter. It can display various area markers, including a center marker and aspect markers with selectable brightness. It also offers selectable color temperatures and gamma modes and 3-color tally lamp.

Designed for broadcast and multimedia applications where performance and reliability are critical, Sony’s high-grade type LUMA monitors incorporate the latest DSP engine, ChromaTRU color-matching technology, and high functional- ity. They accept a variety of signals in both digital and ana- log, and HD and SD formats. The LMD-2451W also offers 3G SDI input capability. • Standard interfaces include composite (NTSC/ PAL), S-Video, 525i/625i component and RGB. • With HD-15 and DVI-D interfaces and built-in high-performance scan converters, they can display PC signals from VGA to WUXGA as well.
