LC to its line of products for the liquid-cooled BMW R 1200 GS/A. A short enduro/sport screen for off-road and hot weather riding when minimal physical obstruction and maximum airflow are a comfort advantage, the Slipscreen was designed to quickly take the place of the stock windscreen using two exist- ing screws. When cold weather returns, the swap back to the stock screen is equally as easy. The Slipscreen is injection molded in high impact
strength polycarbonate and available in two colors: Granite Grey and black. The height adjustability fea- ture of the stock windshield is retained, covering the Navigator GPS unit in its low position while extending 2.5” above it in its highest position. The Slipscreen GS_LC is available from www.

Final Michelin Tire winners announced Congratulations to David Burke of Jersey Shore, Pennsyl- vania, and Andy Havens of Wil- liams Port, Pennsylvania, as the final winners of the Michelin “Bring a Buddy” contest. Because of Burke’s recruiting, Havens is a new member of the BMW MOA and both will receive a new set of Michelin tires for their BMWs.

MotoSkiveez Socks Known for their unique solu- tions to rider comfort, Utah based Moto-Skiveez has expanded their product line and now offers socks created to help riders avoid cramps, swelling and aching in their legs after getting off their bikes.
A study published in the medical journal Wound Care Today titled “The Dangers of Venous Disease in Motorcy- clists” found that over a four- year period involving 767 respondents, 332 riders reported experiencing leg cramps while riding and 149 reported cramps immediately after riding. Moto-Skiveez’s new compression riding socks were cre- ated to alleviate those symptoms.
