Two sisters light up youth shooting sports and show a bright future for the sport.

aith and Jenna grew up in a home where their father, Anthony Collier, regularly worked on guns, went to the gun range, hunted, and occasionally competed in local gun matches. At an early age, the girls were curious about competitive shooting and firearms. While they possessed a basic understanding, Anthony waited until they were able to demonstrate maturity and responsibility before taking them shooting for the first time. At ages seven (Jenna) and nine (Faith), Anthony decided they were old enough to memorize and understand the four basic rules of gun safety — All guns are always loaded; Never point your gun at anything you don’t want to destroy or kill; Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you’re ready to fire; and Always be sure of your target and what is beyond it. Anthony printed and laminated the four rules of gun safety so Faith and Jenna could study. For a few weeks, they were quizzed at meal times and while riding in the car, until they were able to cite each basic gun rule on demand.
