AT JESSUP, STUDENTS RECEIVE EXCELLENT ACADEMIC INSTRUCTION, THRIVE SPIRITUALLY AND BECOME EXCEPTIONALLY EMPLOYABLE.

After all, a job offer after commencement makes all of those long nights spent studying worth it. Everyone knows hiring skilled employees is key to a successful business and most employees acquire many of the skills applicable to their position long before they accept their first post-college job. Riskalyze Inc. CEO, Aaron Klein knows this firsthand.

In 2015, his Auburn-based business was rated by the Sacramento Business Journal as the third best place to work in the Sacramento region. Klein has been quoted saying he “only hires A players” and anticipates that when it comes to hiring his employees, he goes through at least twice as many candidates as most companies.

Currently, the company employs 10 Jessup graduates; one is the fourth person hired at the expanding company who Klein refers to as one of the most integral people running the company. Riskalyze has hired Jessup grads in sales support and customer development roles on various teams across the country. They also hired grads tasked with overseeing the company’s marketing and communications programs. “When we first starting hiring in 2011, we spread our net wide

interviewing all kinds of candidates,” Klein said. “It’s been very impressive to watch virtually all of the Jessup grads I’ve hired rise to the top. There is definitely a sense of actionable intelligence these folks are bringing to the table. Jessup grads don’t come through our doors with theory only, they seem to have an innate ability to apply critical thinking tools, realize what needs to be done and take action to start contributing.”
