Research studies awarded funding by the US Lacrosse Center for Sport Science. The studies will examine helmet performance degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and humidity exposure, the protective effect of shoulder pads and if lacrosse biomechanics contribute to lower body musculoskeletal pain.
