Lemon Bundt Cake By Carolyn Lane


1 pkg. lemon cake mix • 3/4 cup veg. oil 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs • 1 cup lemon-lime flavored beverage


Combine the cake and pudding mixes in a bowl, stir in oil. Then beat in the eggs one at a time, then add soda. Pour the batter into a pan and bake for 35 min. at 325 degrees or until toothpick is clean.


Now for the glaze. 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 teaspoon of lemon extract. Mix ingredients and drizzle over the cake.

Cheeseball By Rene Vap


1/2 lb of each mild cheddar and american cheese, chopped 8 oz cream cheese, softened • 2 tbl. soy sauce 1 tsp. of seasoned salt • 2 tbl. of milk • 1/2 cup chopped ham 1/2 cup chopped salami • 1/4 cup chopped black olives


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. blend until smooth and chill for one hour.


Spread 1/4 cup chopped black olives and 1/4 cup chopped pecans on foil. Put chilled mix on foil and form into two cheeseballs. Roll the mixture into the olive/nut mix to coat entire ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite crackers.
