Mom’s Cornbread Stuffing

INGREDIENTS 6 eggs


1 lb. butter


2 sm. white onions 1 T cayenne


2 T ground sage DIRECTIONS


Prepare giblets by simmering in 4 cups water. Add chopped onions and salt. Cook until done. Crumble cornbread and biscuits. Add sage, cayenne and eggs. Slice cooked giblets into bite size pieces. Pour giblet mixture over cornbread, biscuit mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with sage. Bake at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.


Chocolate Cool Whip Pie

INGREDIENTS Graham cracker pie crust 1 (3.4-oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix 1 1⁄2 c milk 1 (12-oz) tub Cool Whip DIRECTIONS


Open crust and set aside. Put 1 ½ cups milk in a bowl. Add pudding mix. Take a whisk or mixer and mix until well blended. Add ½ of Cool Whip and blend together. Pour into pie shell. Let set for 10 minutes. Now put rest of Cool Whip on top and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
