Disconnecting Meter for Repairs? Please contact CEC to replace the meter seal

If it's necessary for an electrician to disconnect your electric meter during home repairs, please let Choctaw Electric Cooperative (CEC) know so we can replace the seal on your meter.

Meters can be dangerous if mishandled, and the seal protects you and others from harm. If a meter seal is broken or removed, it serves as visual evidence that a meter has been disconnected or possibly tampered with.

If you've recently had work done on your home, please check your meters and contact CEC if you find any cut or missing seals. The co-op will schedule a trip to inspect and reseal the meter.

To report a broken or missing seal, please call your co- op at 800-780-6486.

Please have the following information handy when you call:

ATTENTION PREPAID MEMBERS

Use CEC Paysite kiosks for fast payments

Are you enrolled in Choctaw Electric's prepaid program? If so, you'll appreciate the co-op's new Paysite kiosks. Any co-op member can use the kiosks to pay their electric bill, but for prepaid members they're especially useful.

Meter seals are security devices for your meter. When a seal is broken, it is a visual clue that the meter has been handled by someone other than authorized persons at your electric cooperative.

• Account Holders Name and Telephone Number

• Address where the meter is located

• Meter Number or Pole Number

Thank you for your cooperation!

Paysite kiosks make it easy for you to make a quick payment when your balance is low. The kiosks accept payment by cash, check or credit card —and they're available around the clock. Because Paysite payments post immediately, you can relax knowing your payment is received.

Paysite kiosks are available at the following locations: •

Save A Lot Grocery, Hugo (Sunday, 9 am - 8 pm; Monday - Saturday, 7:30 am - 9 pm)

Choctaw Nation Travel Plaza—Atoka, Antlers Broken Bow, Idabel (Open 24 hours)

■ Right of Way Information. Maintaining your electric cooperative right of way is time consuming and labor intensive, but essential to providing you with reliable electric service. You will find information on CEC's right of way program at www. choctawelectric.coop. The page provides details on CEC's vegetation control methods, and includes a handy tree planting guide that explains where to place trees so they won't interfere with power lines.
