FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES LOAD TESTS


The dummy is hollow in order to be lled with water and be able to simulate dierent masses, with one lling hole and two holes for discharge.


The material is a plastic polymer that has a minimum elastic deformation, to ensure at the same time the necessary mechanical strength and adaptability to the most varied conformations of seats and roll-bars. When mounted, the dummy resembles a human silhouette with the right proportion. The fully loaded mass is over 85 kg. The weight distribution was studied on real human ergonomics. The dummy has a good impact resistance and environmental ageing. It is made with totally recyclable material.
