The park's theme, which is integrated subtly so as not to interfere with that breathtaking scenery, introduces guests to a long forgotten Asian city including a natural island with an iconic sculpture, real elephants, which visitors can feed, and even a typical Asian floating market located in the centre of the park. Private cabanas for relaxation, quality food and beverage offerings as well as exciting entertainment events will make a visit to RamaYana Water Park a perfect setting for creating long lasting family memories. Premiuim equipment and filtered well water will

ensure guests can splash and play in healthy water all day, and the park uses only crystal clear drinking water from its own wells. “We will not only offer a very enjoyable day, but

also the highest possible safety standards,” highlights Patttermann. “According to our market research, local Thai people rate safety as their most important aspect when visiting a waterpark”.

RamaYana Water Park New Thai waterpark boasts beautiful backdrop

Set to open this month, the long-awaited RamaYana Waterpark is said to be Thailand’s biggest waterpark with a size of more than 184,000 square metres and the capacity to host 2 million annual guests

T

he WhiteWater designed and equipped facility is located only 20 minutes from the popular tourist resort of Pattaya, facing competition from facilities

including the existing Cartoon Network Amazone, which opened just two years ago. Sat amongst the beautiful lakes, rivers and hills of the Silver Lake area, however, Ramayana's biggest calling card could be its naturally beautiful backdrop. “We are pleased to offer a new and totally unique

attraction to visitors to Pattaya and to local residents in Bangkok and South-east Thailand,” says RamaYana Water Park's Johannes Pattermann. “RamaYana is more than just Thailand’s biggest waterpark, it is an experience of 21 waterslides, some of them totally unique, which span from high thrills to gentle swings. Apart from the

amazing nature around us, there are so many other things to experience.”

An abundance of attractive waterslides and attractions include an epic flume-through--flume waterslide where a bright red and purple Family Raft Ride passes through the belly of a teal and green double Python waterslide. This unique configuration creates a high capacity ride within a compact footprint, weaving the colourful waterslides right through each other. Other contributions from WhiteWater include a 4-lane

Mat Racer, Boomerango, AquaLoop and Freefall, both with launch capsules, and two duelling Master Blaster waterslide coasters. RamaYana also offers three softer slides, one of which drops its riders right into the lazy river. Guests looking for a break from the waterslides can

take a dip in a dual wave pool (with pumps by WhiteWater) featuring a 120m beach with stage area as well as the aforementioned lazy river (for which WhiteWater supplied the pumps) which includes waves, waterfalls, caves, geysers and fountains. Two children's area are also featured.
