The INTERSLIT machine series is the latest technological develop- ment from GOEBEL IMS for the highly productive converting of fi lms. The primary slitters are characterized by a wide range of applications, in particular standardized packaging fi lms in the lower web width range. Even specialty fi lms, such as capacitor fi lms or battery separator fi lms, and thick fi lms for industrial or optical


applications can be converted reliably. The slitters of the INTERSLIT series are designed for working widths from 4,000 mm to 7,000 mm. The machines can produce very narrow rolls with a minimum slitting width of 180 mm. In addition, the rewind stations are capable of handling very high roll weights of up to 5,000 kg.
