Something for everyone at Sawley Marina! Spring Market, 8-9 April 2017
British Waterways Marinas Ltd (BWML) hosts its annual Spring Market at Sawley Marina on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th April 10am until 4pm. It’s a great opportunity to see the facilities at one of the UK’s busiest and most centrally located marinas, and to find out about what it’s like to live on the water. There really is something for everyone.
For boaters and enthusiasts, there are boat handling demonstrations and tips with the Royal Yachting Association Active demonstrations, together with water safety and rescue demonstrations, and free training and advice with informal and short courses. On Saturday we’ll be having a visit from the
Newfoundland Dogs. There will also be the chance for both adults and children to try their luck with the Easter Egg Hunt.
There are all manner of stalls – and it’s free to come along, with free parking, live bands and a great restaurant on site too. And the Team at Sawley Marina will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
