Case Recording & Social Policy Training


Our case recording training is based on the Advice Pro case- management system and meets the requirements for using Advice Pro as per the system’s licence agreement. The objective of our Advice Pro training is to ensure that advisers fully understand the features and functionality that this online system has to offer. Participants will gain the skills and the knowledge to effectively manage case files, together with improved productivity. All participants will have access to a dedicated training site, allowing users to learn and then practice freely without access to, or the chance of corrupting live data.


Our social policy training is designed to help those involved in social policy work to effectively identify and gather evidence to take forward social policy issues. The training includes guidance on how to effectively record social policy issues for those using the Advice Pro case recording system.
