Email advice can be a method of choice for some clients. In this course we give tips on how to give full and clear advice via e mail. The course is aimed at advisers experienced in face to face advice, who are seeking to develop skills in the delivery of advice via email. This on-line module covers delivering advice by email and should be followed by a face to face course. The on- line module is worth 1 CPD hour.
Debt Relief Order Approved Intermediary: The First Steps (S)

This skilled level course consists of 6 mandatory modules. It includes a DRO practice application form and an assessment. Each module is expected to take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. This distance learning course is a pre requisite for intermediaries before completing the Debt Relief Orders: Approved Intermediaries – face to face course. This course is a module of the Insolvency Options course accredited with OCNNI at Level 3.
