Radiodetection’s C.A.T Manager® – welcome to a connected world!

Radiodetection have been at the forefront of reducing utility strikes since launching the first Cable Avoidance Tool in the 1970s. Innovations such as depth readout, StrikeAlert and simultaneous Dual Frequency locating ensure that operators find more utilities, without making their locating activities complicated.

Several years ago, Radiodetection introduced on- board usage-logging in response to the industry’s increasing focus on reducing the risks posed by utility strikes. Now, C.A.T Manager Online combines usage- logging and GPS positioning data from gC.A.T4 Cable Avoidance Tools with powerful and secure cloud- based analytics.

Using a standard web browser, managers and supervisors can review how their entire team of field operators are working, in near real-time. C.A.T Manager Online can be used to check work quality before operators leave the site, and can be used to prevent poor work practices developing, by

identifying training needs early.

A free Android or Apple mobile app automatically transfers usage data from a connected gC.A.T4 to the C.A.T Manager Online server at the end of each scan, with no need for operator intervention or complex manual data retrieval.

The web interface provides simple dashboard analysis for one or more operators, highlighting areas of concern. Built-in GPS adds location information to all the scans, and surveys can also be visualised using the Google® Maps interface.

C.A.T Manager Online comes in two versions: a free version offering 90 days’ data storage; and a paid-for version that offers indefinite data storage as well as enhanced data analysis, support and the ability to structure information by teams, contracts and accounts.

C.A.T Manager Online - Drive best practice, reduce utility strikes and improve on-site safety.
