gravely ill grandfather, Roberto. Tere was no way Roberto could climb nearly 2000 ſt. up the rugged sides of the canyon, even though “he’s a tough, old bird.” Our pilot had the privilege (and challenge) of helping to haul him to the aircraſt and fly him to the Christian hospital where Candelario receives care (photo on leſt). More flights followed for Roberto’s medical needs. Faced with the fact that Roberto might not live much longer, the pilot began teaching him the chronological Bible lessons produced by New Tribes Mission. Unfortunately, the Tarahumara dialect of the Bible lessons was unfamiliar to Roberto, so guess who showed up to help? Candelario! Te missionaries are surprised by the 84-year- old’s willingness to learn. Being an older, traditional Tarahumara man, Roberto is oſten called upon to perform shaman-like tasks for villagers who are “plagued by the evil spirits.” Roberto’s health is actually improving, and he is continuing his Bible lessons with zeal. Tree generations are being impacted for the Lord. If the Spirit

works in Roberto unto salvation, because he is the patriarch, this might pave the way for several generations of family members to follow Christ in his footsteps. Please keep this in mind as you ask God for a miraculous work of grace in the hearts and minds of Roberto, Patricio, and Candelario. Partnering with other believers is a vital part of UIM Avia-

tion’s ministry. Tese partnerships with Mexico Medical Missions, PIONEERS®, and New Tribes Mission have opened doors for aviation to serve not only the missionaries working in Mexico, but the indigenous peoples we minister to. By utilizing the skills and talents that each vessel of the Lord brings to the table, we are able to make a greater impact for Christ. Aviation alone would not thrive without donors, prayer warriors, evangelists, teachers, doc- tors, mechanics, etc. We are all working synergistically to further the Great Commission, and we are excited to see the fruit of our collaborative efforts in Mexico.

Church Planting Reserve Fund Church planting is one of the key ways that our Fellowship helps to build the kingdom of God. If your church has become part of our Fellowship since 1955, your church was probably an FEBC church plant, and other Fellowship churches pitched in to purchase land and hire a pastor for your congregation. Te Church Planting Reserve Fund provides essential

finances for planting new churches. Your generous giſts will help with pastor recruitment, start-up expenses, and training for church planters. Would you consider a special giſt to help people without

Christ to find a salvation and a place to worship and grow? Giſts of cash, stocks, or real property will translate into people hearing the gospel and being nurtured in a local church.

Giſts should be sent to: FEBC Canada PO Box 115 Langham, SK S0K 2L0
