A sample section will be cleaned, photographed and drawn to scale. A ‘post- excavation’ plan will be drawn to scale. Plans of any archaeological features on the site will be drawn at 1:20 or 1:50, depending on the complexity of the data to be recorded. Sections will be drawn at 1:10 or 1:20 again depending on the complexity to be recorded. All levels should relate to Ordnance Datum.
