Round-table discussions will be hosted to provide you with an opportunity to talk face-to-face with professional leaders from all across the business aviation industry. This session is open to all students attending University Aviation Association (UAA) schools.

Location: Orange County Convention Center


This Session is eligible for CAM application and recertifi cation credit.

All fl ight departments should have up-to-date fl ight operations manuals that set forth policies and procedures to ensure safe and eff ective fl ight operations. This workshop focuses on employing the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) to meet this goal. Flight departments that demonstrate

compliance with IS-BAO standards are eligible to receive a certifi cate of registration from IBAC.


This highly interactive workshop


covers safety management systems, standard operating procedures, fl ight operations, training, administration/ organization, maintenance and international standards. The instructor draws upon the experience of workshop participants to demonstrate how fl ight departments really operate. Participants will leave the workshop with suffi cient knowledge and materials to develop an IS-BAO- compliant draft manual upon arrival back at home base.


This course meets NBAA PDP Operations Objectives 1 and 4.
