team at leading tourist attraction Chester Zoo noticed nearly 30 per cent of visitors to its desktop site originated from mobile devices. So Chester Zoo, with digital agency Code Computerlove, set about reducing the bounce rate for the zoo’s mobile site. The new site solution needed to be
