THE AUTHENTIC TOUCH

Parador has released a brand new collection of laminate flooring that incorporates the key trends for 2016.

Fascinating aesthetics and sought- after wood interpretations characterise the latest laminate flooring range from German laminate flooring company, Parador.

Parador creates products that provide great room for creative scope, realising and attending to the big ideas people have for their own home. Parador have released five new product lines for 2016, including three basic assortments and two special collections-‘Edition’, the design collection, and the sustainable ‘Eco Balance’ collection.

Parador aims to provide orientation for discovering the right floor for you, easily and reliably. Genuine beauty not only pleases the eye: the seductively natural look and feel of Parador laminate floors provide an impressively harmonious experience, where the material used as a template, be it wood, stone or concrete, tangibly comes into its own. In this respect the different textures are embossed sometimes deeper, sometimes flatter, but are always tangible and kind to all those who walk on them barefoot, with shoes or on four paws: resistant and easy to clean.

VINTAGE ELEGANCE The Coesfeld-based company’s extensive new laminate selection includes two new synchronous textures in a matt finish, 14 oak decors, and two wood interpretations in the popular shabby chic style as well as wide planks in a width of 330mm.

32 | LAMINATE

Avid trend followers are catered for with the new Castello grey laminate floor which creates a stylish tile look, in keeping with the stone craze dominating the interior design world lately.

The collection is also a continuation of the brand’s collaborations with internationally recognised designers. The works include “Fields Design Edition by Alfredo Häberli”, which presents four new laminate floors, providing endless possibilities for individual flooring design.

TEXTURE The new laminate assortment also showcases the versatility of Parador’s collections, meeting the high demand for an authentic look as well as the growing interest in feel properties.

Oak remains a perennial trend in the range but this time Parador appears to have updated the wood to suit the move into brighter seasons with calmer shades, slight plays of colour and a wider plank format.

DESIGNER STYLE Design lovers will identify particularly with the four new laminate floors that have been created by the Swiss designer, Alfredo Häberli. Laminate Edition LIV symbolises variety and independence. A design made up of several, partly different planks opens up numerous creative possibilities.

The LOU laminate floor impresses with

a minimalist decor in stone look, which is picked up on by the YLO and ENA collections as the basis for the floor. In the case of Edition ENA, in an irregular design that is reminiscent of dominoes lying next to each other, the laminate planks can be laid out in different ways, which results in individual patterns.

Yet, Parador is not only putting forward exciting new products from an optical perspective. The company also stands out in the technical field. With Safe-Lock PRO, Parador has managed to come up with an innovative development to the click connection. Besides the usual stability and fitting accuracy, Safe-Lock PRO enables installation without tools, thus making it even easier to lay the floor. Furthermore, on the Classic and Trendtime product lines, the swell protection of the special core board is almost doubled by the Aqua-Proof process.

Parador floors aim to deliver durability and peace of mind thanks to their high quality and the company now also underlines the high standards of its products with a new lifetime guarantee for the household sector. The guarantee applies to all laminate floors from the Classic and Trendtime product lines.
