THE INNOVATIVE WATER MIX: UZIN NC 163
A renovation smoothing compound for use over old waterproof adhesive residues as well as cementitious substrates. In most cases it can be used without a primer on most sound and well–bonded waterproof adhesive residues, saving time and money.
APPLICATIONS:
• On cementitious screeds or concrete
• Over old waterproof adhesive residues or smoothing compound residues
• For use on most ceramic and natural stone coverings
• Over hot water underfloor heating systems
• For interior use

THE TRADITIONAL 'BAG & BOTTLE': UZIN L3 GOLD
The new solution has a high compressive strength of 25N and flexural strength of 7N. Its new recyclable packaging means it is much better for the environment. The product is extremely fast-drying and most floor coverings can be installed within two hours. It also provides a more durable surface for floor coverings compared to lower strength bag and bottle products.
APPLICATIONS:
• Suitable for use in sensitive environments such as schools and hospitals
• The repair and renovation of uneven floors
• For blinding old adhesive residues

The environment is one of the most important issues facing the construction industry and consumers require materials which are recyclable, sustainable and do not pollute the air with odours and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is also becoming increasingly important to ensure that projects meet the criteria for BREEAM and LEED certification.
UZIN has therefore innovated Cube It Simple recyclable packaging, an ecological solution to help tackle the increasing demands of sustainability. The award-winning cardboard packaging is an alternative to plastic buckets and is considerably better for the environment.
The new packaging is much more energy efficient and the weight per unit has decreased meaning that more units can also be put on a pallet. Transportation is therefore reduced and less CO2
discharged. In total, the new packaging has
reduced the amount of CO2 produced by 77%.
There is now also 85% less waste produced by the new packaging process. Only the liner is made from plastic, which can be returned and disposed of. The box is made from recycled cardboard which can be recycled again. This also saves flooring contractors the hassle of disposing large amounts of plastic containers.
