School kids make a date
YOUNGSTERS in the North West will have their artwork hanging on tenants’ walls. Tenants in Drumchapel held their annual contest for pupils from four local primary schools - Antonine, Langfaulds, Camstradden and St Clare’s - to design a community calendar. The winning designs were chosen by tenants on GHA’s local committee, and the calendars distributed to thousands of tenants in Drumchapel. Margaret Nisbet, chair of
GHA’s local committee, presented the winning youngsters with a £25 shopping voucher.
