COMPLAINTS update

THE Scottish Housing Regulator has developed a set of indicators that relate to complaint handling for GHA to report against.

Across GHA during the

third quarter 2015/16, 244 complaints were resolved. Of these, 137 (56%) were upheld and 236 (97%) were resolved within the agreed timescale.

The most common type of complaint received related to repairs. The most common reason was around communication around appointments and timescales.
