Childrens Easter drawing competition
Hop to it and win an
Easter egg
The Looe News in association with the Cornish Times is running an Easter drawing competition for children of primary school age.
Easter eggs are being offered as the prizes – for a winner and a runner-up.
The winner will receive a chocolate Easter egg.
To be in with a chance of being chosen as the winner, all budding artists have to do is to draw or paint an image depicting Easter. It could be an Easter egg, a little chick, a scene from the Easter story or spring flowers – the list is endless and we are sure children will have their own ideas too.
To enter, send the drawing or painting to: Looe News Easter drawing competition, The Tindle Suite, Webb’s House, The Parade, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 6AH.
You must include your name, age, address, school and telephone number on the back of your artwork, as well as the signature of a parent, guardian or teacher.
The deadline for entries is 9am on Monday, March 27. The competition will be judged by Looe News staff and the editor’s decision is final.
Some of the best pieces of artwork may be featured in the Cornish Times and the
Webster the bear, the Cornish Times mascot, with last year’s Easter egg competition prize
next edition of the Looe News.
The winners must be willing to participate in publicity pictures which may be published in the papers and
on the Cornish Times website and social media accounts.
Copyright will remain with the Looe News and Cornish Times and usual competition rules apply.
So its time to get drawing or painting...
