Uniworld has unveiled a new ‘homeworker network’ that will offer exclusive incentives and training.
Homeworkers who are part of
the ‘Uniworld – In Your World’ group will have access to training webinars and receive invitations to events, ship visits and fam trips, and a quarterly e-magazine. Uniworld national sales manager Dave Chidley said: “Over the years it has become apparent that a vast majority of sales and training initiatives focus on
agents working in retail shops or central offices, and this often means homeworkers miss out on educational opportunities as well as incentives and special invites. “The Uniworld sales team
want to ensure hardworking homeworkers receive all the benefits and opportunities a centrally located agent would receive, so we’ve created an exclusive network designed specially for homeworkers.” The new network will launch on
Monday (November 7). Throughout December, the
Uniworld sales team will be hosting a series of ‘mince pie and coffee’ welcome meetings for homeworkers across the UK.
