¾ TAILOR MADE SPECIALISTS We are looking for consultants experienced in selling tailor-made long haul holidays. Specialist knowledge of one or more of our destinations (Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia) would be beneficial, along with experience using a GDS and reservations system. Previous experience working for a retail travel agent or long haul operator would be an advantage, though not essential.


¾ DATA LOADING ASSISTANT We are looking for a data loading assistant who is familiar with data loading processes and can adhere to strict schedules, has excellent concentration and strong attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.


¾ OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR This is a varied role covering a range of duties including reception, postroom and assisting our ticketing department with producing documentation packs. It will suit someone who is highly organised, friendly and who likes a day with a variety of duties.


¾ WEBSITE & DTP COORDINATOR We are looking for a website coordinator who is also experienced in DTP. Skills should include knowledge of web content management, PPC & display advertising, HTML, SEO and familiarity with InDesign to produce brochures and other print materials.


¾ TRAINING & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER The successful applicant will be responsible for staff training, improving employee skills and increasing productivity. The role also covers managing and maintaining our service levels to ensure our staff continue to deliver the best possible customer service.

Established in 2006, the Travelup Group consists of Travelup, Holiday Genie, Bravo Travel, Bookable Holidays and Magic Holidays and has offices in Aldermaston, Blackpool, London, Karachi and Lahore.


Salary – Basic salary is dependent on previous experience (OTE £30,000) + Excellent Travel benefits


Working Hours – Full Time – Permanent role includes weekend and evening work on a rota basis


Job Role – To service inbound sales calls and emails, understand the customer’s needs and to offer expert Worldwide travel solutions. Working to sales and performance targets whilst offering a high level of customer service.


Typical Activities – l


Negotiating the terms of the holiday and closing the sale l Cross Selling and the adding of Ancillary products


l Making accurate cost calculations and providing the customers with quotations l Produce accurate admin work to complete the booking process


Skills required - l


l


Proven sales record in Travel is preferred or experience in customer service l Preferred proficiency in a GDS system (Amadeus/Worldspan) but not essential


A driven, hardworking and helpful personality who will enjoy building their knowledge whilst offering a high level of customer satisfaction l Friendly and outgoing personality and able to thrive under pressure


Organised and highly motivated with a sales and target driven approach Positions also available for Homeworking
