Story: Birmingham airport’s boss backs Gatwick expansion These are self-serving assertions by Birmingham and Gatwick airports. Both gave evidence to the independent Davies Commission. Royal should have cancelled sailing


Story: Royal Caribbean ‘working with’ agents over building work complaints I was on the Harmony of the Seas (pictured) cruise that sailed on May 22. It was disappointing that Royal Caribbean let this cruise go ahead. There were many problems on board – too long to list. Many of the passengers I spoke to said they would not cruise with Royal Caribbean again, but I advised them the problems with the cruise were not normal and the line is usually very good. Indeed, we were also on the May 26 sailing and it was like being on a different ship – most of the attractions were opened for this three-night cruise and we enjoyed this sailing very much. I will definitely book Royal Caribbean again but they need to hold up their hands and admit the four-night cruise was a shambles.
