In Decem- ber of 2014, Nick took on his next role as, “Restaurant Owner” and he became a franchisee to Persona Wood-Fired Pizzeria. Today, Ul- rich runs the popular build-your- own format pizzeria with his two brothers, Kyle and Jordan.


Nick opened his Persona Pizzeria franchise because he fell in love with the quality of the product and the company. He said that, “Per- sona Pizza felt like a streamlined mom-and-pop

During Prohibition years when alcohol sales were banned by the 18th amend- ment to the U.S. Constitution (1920-1933) wine growers would put large labels on their grape juice that stated: ‘Warning: Will Ferment and turn into wine,’ and then proceeded to give detailed instructions of what NOT to do so the grape juice would not accidentally turn into wine!
