Ordering Juvela Gluten-Free Fresh Bread for your coeliac customers
In addition to ‘standard’ cases of Fresh White and Fibre Loaves and Rolls, we are delighted to offer your customers the full range of ‘mixed’ case options providing greater choice and flexibility within their monthly unit allowance.
What to order…
For a ‘mixed’ fresh case your customer needs to request the combination they require on their order form/prescription, for example:
4 x 400g Juvela Fresh White Loaves AND 4 x (5x85g) pkts Juvela Fresh Fibre Rolls For a ‘standard’ fresh case they need to request the type they require, for example:
8 x 400g Juvela Fresh Fibre Loaves OR 8 x (5x85g) pkts Juvela Fresh White Rolls Fresh Rolls and ‘mixed’ cases are available in mainland UK only.

Via: the pharmacy PMR system (It may be necessary to use the phone line for mixed cases)
The ‘standard’ cases of 8 Juvela Fresh White or Fibre Loaves are available twice a week and are delivered directly to the pharmacy on a Wednesday or Friday before 5.30pm.
For a Wednesday delivery, orders need to be placed before 10am on the preceding Monday. For a Friday delivery, orders need to be placed before 10am on the preceding Wednesday.
The ‘mixed’ Fresh cases and ‘standard’ cases of 8 packets of Juvela Fresh White or Fibre Rolls are available once a week and are delivered directly to the pharmacy before 5.30pm on a Friday only.
To ensure a Friday delivery, orders need to be placed before 10am on the preceding Wednesday.
Customers should collect their Juvela Fresh Bread from your pharmacy on the day it is delivered. We recommend that they keep 1-2 packets as fresh and freeze the remainder on the day of receipt.
