SummerKeller, age 13, lives inAustin, Texas, where she trains in ballet. Soon, shewill be relo- cating toDallas, Texas, to attend theMejiaBallet International pre-professional program. This sum- mer, she plans to return to School ofAmerican Ballet’s summer program, aswell as the pre-pro- fessionalworkshop atMejiaBallet International.
AudreyKing ElaineHarperMemorial Scholarship
AudreyKing, age 13, has been dancing for 10 years. She trains 25-30 hours aweek atBallet Academy of Texas, under the direction of Lisa
Slagle.Being homeschooled has allowed her to enroll in a daytime pre-professional program. This summer,with the aid of scholarship, she will attendAmericanBallet Theatre’s summer intensive inNewYork.
MacyLane Gene, Louise&FredKellyTap Scholarship
Macy Lane became dedicated herself to tap danc- ing at a young age. For the past ten years she has dancedwith SouthlakeDanceAcademy, StudioA Dance, andDanceAxiom. Performing on compe- tition teams,Macy has earned awards such as the 2015Miss JuniorOdysseyDanceChampion.One day she hopes to teach tap to the younger dancers at her studio and to be selected for theRadioCity Rockettes summer intensive.
AidanLeslie Amanda Stone Scholarship
Aidan Leslie began dancing at age 2 in the base- ment of a library in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Aftermoving to FlowerMound,Aidan enrolled at TexasBallet Theater School in FortWorth, and also trainedwithEvgeny
Lushkin.Recently,Aidan began to focusmore onBalanchine style, and moved toChamberlain School of PerformingArts. This summer shewill attend PacificNorthwest Ballet School’s program.
BrookeMarvel Buster CooperTap Scholarship
BrookeMarvel has been studying ballet,modern, jazz, contemporary and hip hop since the age of 3. Over the past fewyears she has changed her focus to tap andmusical
theatre.Brooke used her schol- arship to attend TapCity,BroadwayDanceCenter, theRockettes summer intensive, all inNewYork, and Soul to Sole inAustin, Texas.

ClaireMedinis Natalie Skelton Scholarship
ClaireMedinis is 15 years old andwill be a junior at FlowerMoundHigh School.With a foundation in gymnastics, she trainswith her high school drill teamand atDance ProjectDallas and performs with
Synergy.After traveling toChicago to attend amaster classwithKate Jablonski,Claire has been inspired to continue her dance training through college. This summer, she hopes to attend an intensive to gain newperspectives in dance.
HannahMenchu TexasBalletTheater Scholarship
HannahMenchuwas home-schooled to have more time for her dance training and has recently completed her high school education. She dances atBalletAcademy of Texas and is amember of BalletEnsemble of Texas.Her skills have been rec- ognized by having been distinguished as one of the Top 24 classical soloists at YouthAmerica Grand Prix Semi-Finals.With her scholarship, she will attend TexasBallet Theater in FortWorth.
JackieMillan ArtfulDanceTeacher Scholarship
JackieMillan began dancing at the FortWorth Academy of FineArts. She graduatedmagna cum laudewith aBAinDance fromHunterCollege with honors in dance. She completedNational Dance Institute’s TeachingArtist Training and severalworkshopswithAssociatedDance Teachers ofNewJersey. Jackie has taught in Texas,NewYork, andNewJersey and currently teaches at TexasDanceConservatory.
MackenzieMoser NathalieKrassovskaMemorialBallet Scholarship
MackenzieMoser is 16 years old and lives in Atlanta,Georgia. She began dancing at 3 in Reading, Pennsylvania,where she later took part in theCentral Pennsylvania YouthBallet’s sum- mer intensive. She trains nowat Tolbert Yilmaz School ofDance inRoswell,Georgia. Shewill be attending PacificNorthwestBallet’s summer intensive in Seattle,Washington, alongwith a par- tial scholarship awarded to her fromthe school.
MagnonaNuthi Arathi School ofDance Scholarship
MagonaNuthi has trained in the IndianClassical art formBharatanatyamfor 8 years,Kuchipudi for 4 years, and has attended theArathi School of Dance’s summer intensive for the past 3 years. She intends to learnmore classical dance styles such asOdissi orKathak to increase her skills in Bharatanatyamand begin teaching.With her scholarship, shewill return to theArathi School of Dance’s for summer training.
