Working to improve your experience
As part of our commitment to continually improve our off ering to community pharmacy, we regularly ask healthcare professionals (HCPs) for their feedback and the responses we receive are mostly encouraging. We’d like to let you know we haven’t just listened to your feedback, we’ve acted on it and we’re taking this opportunity to let you know what steps we’ve taken.
We put the needs of HCPs and their patient outcomes at the centre of everything we do and we hope the improvements we’Ve made following your feedback refl ect this.
In particular, HCPs asked for more information and support around skills development and training and also commented that increasing the amount of online account management available to them would be very useful.
Through the Pfi zer Healthy Partnerships off ering, we have expanded the selection of tools and materials available for pharmacy teams whilst also broadening the range of resources to support community pharmacy when optimising patient outcomes.
Resource toolkits developed to date include: Medicines Optimisation, the Smoking Cessation Scratch Card Campaign, Right Route: Right Care, the Oral Anticoagulation Toolkit, communications skills training and therapy training modules.
The recently refreshed Access Pfi zer website design has an improved navigation, meaning that once you’ve logged in you’ll now be no more than three clicks away from the resources available. We plan to broaden our ways of communicating with you, including updates by email.
In addition, we would like to give you the opportunity to engage with a dedicated telephone Account Manager should you wish to do so. Many HCPs use the Delivering Commercial Value pages within Access Pfi zer so we have also implemented changes here that aim to improve your online account management experience.
We place great importance on open and transparent communications with community pharmacy and the Pfi zer Healthy Partnerships team welcomes your feedback.
