Leadership Programme UCA’s programme was launched in January 2016 and the initial cohort has now reached the half-way point in this year-long programme run by Paul Murray and Ashley Boreland of PCM Associates. Between them, Paul and Ashley have a wealth of skills and experience to help develop management and leadership skills within community and primary care pharmacy. The programme is a Level 5 Institute of Leadership Management course and is run on a rolling basis, so, for example, those who start the course on day 4/ year 1 simply continue on to the next year and complete it by day 2/year 2.
Participants are really enjoying the course so far with assignments relating to the business each one is working in. The training days are relaxed but focussed and there is great support from the trainers Paul and Ashley at the course days and in between. The ILM registration also provides access management resources which are up to date and practical.
