by Michael Buffalo Smith (Who else?) It was very cool seeing Famke Janssen

(Jean Grey in The X-Men series) show up on The Blacklist, playing “Scot-

tie.” I assume she is the replacement for Lizzy.I hope everyone caught the surprise season finale.(SPOILER ALERT) I had pre- dicted it, but was beginning to think Lizzy re- ally had died. So happy she didn’t!… I just watched the superstar filled Batman v Su- perman: Dawn of Justice for the second time. Wrap your nerd mind around this one. Did y’all catch the fact that Maggie and Negan from The Walking Dead are actually Batman’s parents? Yep. Lauren Cohan and Jeffery Dean Morgan, who play two of Walking Dead’s primary characters, get all of five minutes screen time in Dawn of Justice as Martha and Thomas Wayne. The mind boggles…. Speaking of Jef- fery Dean Morgan, I somehow missed out on the TV series Supernatu- ral. When my radio co-host and touring buddy Billy Eli kept talking about how great the show was, I started a Netflix binge, and he was so very right. What a great show. I am only into season two, but Billy says it gets re- ally good in season five! Woop! Morgan is great as the father of the two brothers. Full disclosure. I first became a fan of Jeffery when my buddy Colleen and I binged the en- tire Grey’s Anatomy series. Of course, I al- ways loved a love/ghost story! Actually, I had seen him before that, I just didn’t know. He

was lukewarm on Season One, but when Berry reworked it and added Morgan. I was all in. It did get a fitting finale anyway. SPOILER ALERT AGAIN!! I AM SERI- OUS! Watched the first two episodes of Su- pernatural Season Two last night, and I was shocked and kind of pissed off that Jef- frey Dean Morgan’s character is killed off. Dang. The Beginning of 2:2, the boys are flashing me back to Star Wars: Return of the Jedi’s finale, as they burn their dad in efigy while standing and looking on. All that was missing were the dancing ewoks. … And in Batman related news (well, not news, but…) Wasn’t Pee Wee Her- man great as Oswald Cob- blepot’s Dad? (for the second time! Remember him in the 1992 Batman Returns, as Danny De- Vito’s daddy?) Too bad we

never got to see he and Carole Kane to- gether. Poor Penguin. Both parents dead. Could make him go crazy. Wait. Uh. Never- mind… Besides binging the aforementioned Supernatural,my current binge run also in- cludes The 100, another series I missed. I kept reading that my favorite author Stephen King was a fan, so I started from square one. Loving it. Highly recommended… . I still get goose bumps when I think of all of the comic book related movies and TV shows we have these days. My friend Navy Chief Eric
